Harry Mercuur, born in the heart of Amsterdam, he works for his own company – Harry Mercuur Patisserie & Desserts-Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, begins in France, England and Ms Queen Elizabeth 2. His passion for the profession, creativity and international experience result in an own line of products for catering and settings. But also with cookbooks, articles in journals and courses on TV he makes name. Meanwhile he has his company transferred to his sons and he is active as guest lecturer, as Ambassador of Callebaut chocolate Belgium and as a consultant/instructor for catering a related companies.
